Titanic Belfast

Titanic Belfast is an iconic six-storey building featuring 9 interpretive and interactive galleries that explore the sights, sounds, smells and stories of Titanic, as well as the city and people who made her. 

It is located beside the Titanic Slipways, the Harland and Wolff Drawing Offices and Hamilton Graving Dock, the place where Titanic was designed, built and launched in 1912.
It is the world's largest Titanic exhibition.

Ulster Museum at Botanic Gardens

Do you know what mummies looked like, or how big dinosaurs were? Perhaps you have always wanted to see real treasure or a modern masterpiece? Well now you can! Ulster Museum is a fantastic museum that is open throughout the year, and free to visit, making it a great all weather attraction that won't break the bank. With modern masterpieces, ancient relics, and a richly diverse collection of art, history, and natural science, this place offers something for everyone, from the simply curious to the enthusiast.

Belfast City Hall

Located at the centre of the City, set in leafy Donegall Square, the magnificent stone and copper-domed building was completed in 1906 as a symbol of Belfast's new city status. Highlights of this place include seeing a good-sized art display and historic stained-glass windows and an exhibit outlining the city's history. Tourists are welcome to explore the building as part of a guided tour, so popular that they've become one of the top free things to do in Belfast. You can also visit the Titanic Memorial Garden and a number of monuments and memorials on the grounds.

W5 at Odyssey

W5 is Belfast’s award-winning science and discovery centre and provides a unique experience as well as fantastic fun for visitors of all ages. It has over 250 amazing interactive exhibits in four incredible exhibition areas. In addition to permanent exhibits, W5 also presents a changing programme of temporary exhibitions and events. Visitors can also enjoy a daily programme of live science demonstrations and shows throughout the day. W5’s seasonal events are FREE with admission and tickets are valid all day.

Belfast Zoological Gardens

Belfast Zoological Gardens is located in North Belfast on the slopes of Cave Hill. This unique location provides unrivalled views across Belfast Lough with only a 15-minute drive from the city centre. The 55-acre site is home to more than 130 species, many of which are facing increasing dangers in their natural habitats. Popular attractions include the Asian elephants, Barbary lions, Rothschild's giraffes, California sea lions, penguins, apes, and more. Belfast Zoo is now a leading and award-winning visitor attraction in Northern Ireland, with more than 200,000 visitors each year.

Crumlin Road Gaol

The Crumlin Road Gaol is a 19th century Grade A listed jail, open to the public for tours, concerts and events. It was designed by the master architect Charles Lanyon in between 1843 and 1845. The county gaol is a splendid example of Belfast’s Victorian architecture. It serves as an early example of the pentonville radial plan which was a significant development in prison architecture at that time. During those 150 years, the Gaol has housed perpetrators, suffragettes and loyalist and republican prisoners.
